Futura Constructions Pvt Ltd was founded in 1989 by Mrs.B.K.K.Pillai and late Dr.R.K.Pillai, pioneers in the field of education. Mrs.B.K.K.Pillai and late Dr.R.K.Pillai are also founders of Vailankanni Schools in Chennai, Trichy and Pondicherry. Vailankanni schools have been delivering quality education since 1964. The Company was founded in order to built quality school buildings and manage the facilities with a dedicated staff. The Company has built over 350,000 sq.ft of school buildings since 1989. They delved into residential projects in T.Nagar in mid 90's. The company also built IT parks under the brand name "Futura SV" and manages them.
Our latest residential project is Futura Grand at Valasaravakkam. The Project consists of 32 premium luxury apartments in 8 grounds in two blocks.
The company is now headed by Mrs.B.K.K.Pillai Chairperson and Mr.K.T.Pillai Managing Director.

Mrs.B.K.K.Pillai is the chairperson of Vailankanni schools and Futura Constructions Pvt Ltd. Her passion for quality education led her and her late husband to start Futura Constructions to build quality facility for the children. Under her guidance Futura Constructions has built over 350000 Sq.Ft and also developed and manages two IT parks with over 100000 sq.ft of commercial space

Mr.K.T.Pillai
Managing Director
Mr.K.T.Pillai is the Managing Director of Futura Construction. He graduated in Electronic Engineering Technology from Canada and joined the company in 1995. He is a tech enthusiast. Under his leadership Futura Construction developed two IT parks and is currently promoting the project "Futura Grand" at Valasarawakkam.
